• Due to the made-to-order and personalized nature of our anime greeting cards and apparel, all sales are final.

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cardswithlove@goddesskissboutique.com.

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

• We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund for the affected item(s).

 

Refunds (If Applicable)

• Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

• Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
