Welcome to Goddess Kiss Boutique — where anime fandom, healing, and heartfelt creativity come together. We’re a small, family‑run shop in Alabama, founded by Amber Fletcher, a lifelong anime lover and proud otaku who turned grief into art, connection, and community.
Our Story
Goddess Kiss Boutique was born from both heartbreak and hope. After losing my youngest brother Kyle in August 2022, I wrote his obituary and created a tribute video — the first time I used creativity to help my family heal. Seven months later, I lost my other younger brother, Aaron, and in January 2025, my Aunt Gabby. For each of them, I wrote, designed, and created memorial pieces that helped us hold onto their light.
Those moments taught me how powerful art can be — how it comforts, connects, and carries us through. Blending that emotional truth with my lifelong love of anime became the foundation of this boutique. Curating anime artwork felt like a way to honor my family while sharing something joyful with others who find comfort and strength in the stories we love.
In July 2025, Goddess Kiss Boutique officially launched, and we began popping up at local anime and fandom events. Two days before my grandma Karen passed in November 2025, she gifted me a gaming computer to help my business grow. Every day, I work to make her proud — and to spread anime joy, comfort, and connection to fellow fans.
